In this role, you will be our primary point of contact for our clients who are assigned to you. You will manage these relationships, schedule regular meetings and/or take over meetings that are already scheduled with your book of clients. You will serve as our technical client success manager, ensuring our clients' needs are met in a timely and respectful manner. To deliver on these responsibilities, you will create various documents used in the software development lifecycle including but not limited to project plans, requirements, functional and technical design documents. You will communicate with our product engineering, quality assurance and implementation teams based out of India during the morning hours and occasionally host calls late evening so as to coordinate across time zones. You will be responsible for the success of the client as well as the TrendzData team. Your technical skills will be essential in providing this level of service to both stakeholders, frequently writing SQL and C# code providing that key technical leadership and support.

What We Are Looking For

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 3 or more years of experience as a Technical Client Success Manager, Technical Lead, Technical Account Manager or Technical Engagement Manager
  • Strong background in SQL, Stored Procedures, C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, MVC, SQL Server, web/desktop development, .NET Framework, Ajax, JavaScript, or CSS

Personal Qualifications

  • Experience interacting directly with US based clients
  • Experience working with offshore teams based out of India
  • Ability to interact directly with our product development, qa and implementation teams in India
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure platform
  • Experience working with IIS and Server optimization for performance and scalability

Location

The expected application deadline for this job is July 31, 2024.

This role is based out of the Milliman office in Tampa, Florida but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $66,000 to $129,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
