MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |

- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and writing and grammatical skills.

- Must have the ability to handle a high paced environment with a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of office procedures and software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
|
- Provide administrative support for the service department.
- Receive and route incoming customer calls.
- Schedule service department manpower and dispatch workorders to electricians.
- Maintain fleet records and licenses.
- Process billings, weekly timecards, invoice tracking and payments.
- Monitor and track fuel usage.
- Coordinate permitting and inspections.
- Assist with collections.
- Maintain customer master data and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist with job set-up and updates in payroll and accounting systems.
- Compose and/or edit letters, memos, reports, procedures, etc., as required.
- Process day-to-day administrative items (e.g. expense reports, supply requisitions, personnel transaction forms, operating budgets, etc.).
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
