Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Embedded Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of embedded coding experience and a passion for working in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Job Role:
  • Assist in the development and testing of embedded code for a variety of Department of Defense (DoD) projects

  • Work in a small-team environment to support the development of innovative systems in areas including Electronic Warfare, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning

  • Design, develop, and implement embedded software and firmware for various electronic systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.

  • Develop and maintain software documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

  • Conduct testing and debugging of embedded systems to ensure functionality and performance.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve our products and processes.

  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on hardware and software architecture decisions.


Required Experience:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in embedded systems development, with proficiency in coding with C/C++.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuitry and hardware design principles.
  • Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART).
  • Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
