JOB DETAILS
Base Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour plus $1 per shift differential
Day Shift: 7pm - 7am Monday-Friday
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Night Shift Team Lead will be responsible for scheduling, printing, copying, sorting, and distributing daily add-ons and missed delivery units utilizing WSOE (Simonton's order-entry system).
- Responsible for personal safety as well as involvement in all EHS efforts at this facility
- Works with IS and Plant/Production Manager concerning changes to the order process
- Updating holiday and customer zones as needed
- Must have good organizational skills
- Possess excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the personnel and management
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
- Two years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a familiarity with window systems or other building products
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common statistical data, productivity reports, and supporting documents
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Computer Skills: WSOE, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet applications
- Knowledge of products and materials used in window manufacturing
