  • Experience managing EEO Policies & Programs.
  • Experience with Preparing and Filing EEO-1 & VETS-4212 Reports.
  • Experience with Affirmative Action Planning.
  • Experience with Workplace Accommodations in Accordance with the ADA.

Primary Duties

1. Responsible for implementation and maintenance of HR compliance and audit programs (Affirmative Action Plans, Drug & Alcohol Testing, Postings, I-9, E-Verify, MVR's, EEO & Vets 100).

2. Administers enterprise wide Alcohol and Drug Testing and Motor Vehicle Records programs and is the primary liaison with our background vendor around these programs.

3. Administers rehabilitation agreements and mandatory referrals working directly with our vendor, case manager and local HR to ensure compliance.

4. Ensures compliance for the Company with governmental regulations through administration of HR audits and compliance programs.

5. Responds to unemployment claims, appeals and hearings.

6. Makes recommendations accordingly for new and/or modified policies, procedures, or programs to address changing business requirements or needs.

7. Researches and responds to complex matters such as investigations, inquiries and complaints as they relate to employee relations and compliance.

8. Develops and assists with the delivery of HR related communications, presentations and training to supervisors/managers and employees.

9. Researches and responds to inquiries and data requests from management, outside contacts as well as regulatory and government agencies regarding Company actions, policies, and/or procedures.

10. Coordinates vendor management to facilitate quality customer service, problem resolution and reporting in the administration of programs and with service level agreements.

11. Keeps abreast of changes in HR related regulations and trends.

12. Provide direction, knowledge and support to other team members when needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Educational/Experience Level:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and two years of broad based Human Resource Compliance or equivalent;
