Join Our Team as a Digital Marketing Intern!

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Digital Marketing Intern to help us manage our digital presence in our Pool Solutions marketing department. You'll be a creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of SEO and project management best practices. In this role, you will support all our online platforms and lead projects from conception to execution.

As a Digital Marketing Intern at Pool Solutions, you'll report directly to the Brand Manager. This internship is remote based, ideally suited for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone within the United States. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities Include:

• Platform Management: Oversee and support the management of all our digital platforms, including the website, social media channels and email marketing.
• SEO: Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy with a focus on SEO to increase website traffic and brand awareness. Conduct keyword research, build backlinks, and implement all technical SEO best practices while staying current on SEO trends. (perfume changed to implement)
• Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the brand team to implement the SEO strategy and provide insights based on SEO data.
• Project Management: Manage all aspects of digital marketing projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, task management, and reporting. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and email marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Present data insights to stakeholders and recommend adjustments to the digital strategy.

Qualifications:

• Role is remote-based.
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for marketing, communications, or similar field. OR bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and general project management.
• Experience managing and optimizing various digital platforms (website, social media, email, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• The candidate must possess excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work individually and with the broader team.
• Full-time employment (40hrs/week)
• $20/hour pay
• Must be able to work in Eastern Time Zone
